How to start the RN to BSN program at Mount Saint Mary’s University

The RN to BSN degree program is a seamless pathway for working RNs who seek greater career opportunities and upward mobility. With admission to the program open three times a year (Fall, Spring and Summer), you can turn your ADN into a BSN fully online in as few as three semesters.

Step closer to achieving your career goals.

Note: Our RN to BSN program is for working RNs who hold a valid RN license and for recent graduates of an associate degree in nursing programs. Students without a license must acquire their RN license before they can enroll in NUR 120T, NUR 120P, and NUR 133 and complete the program. If you have not entered a nursing program, consider applying to the Mount’s traditional BSN or accelerated BSN degree programs.

Los Angeles Southwest College - Integrative Enrollment Pathway (IEP)

The Integrative Enrollment Pathway (IEP) offers a unique opportunity for Los Angeles Southwest College (LASC) ADN students to accelerate their nursing education. This RN-to-BSN completion program, in partnership with Mount Saint Mary's University (MSMU), allows students to begin BSN coursework at MSMU while enrolled in their LASC ADN program. This concurrent enrollment model enables students to earn their BSN in as little as two semesters after completing their ADN at LASC. To apply for the IEP, students must be formally accepted into the LASC ADN program and submit official transcripts and proof of ADN program acceptance. Accepted students will then meet with an academic advisor to create a personalized academic plan. Enrollment in the IEP is available at any time during the ADN program. LASC handles federal financial aid administration for students concurrently enrolled, receiving necessary information from MSMU. LASC remains responsible for monitoring financial aid eligibility, including adherence to withdrawal and academic progress policies.

Tuition for the IEP is discounted for LASC students.

Los Angeles Southwest College Graduates

If you are a graduate of Los Angeles Southwest College ADN program you are also eligible to receive a discounted tuition rate.

Tuition discounts may not be combined.
