Jaelene Conte

WEOC BS in Business Administration

Jaelene Conte is a Business Administration major anticipated to graduate in Fall 2027. With three years of social media and content-creation experience, Jaelene currently works as a Style Advisor and Stylist and collaborates with college-based content-creator agencies to partner with brands and promote products and services. She has attended multiple brand events—including Teen Vogue gatherings—where she actively networks with creators in the industry. As a WEOC Professional Ambassador, Jaelene is excited to support campus events and create engaging content that uplifts and connects WEOC students.

Rondah De Los Reyes

WEOC BS in Business Administration with Emphasis in Management ('24), Graduate MBA in Project Management

Rondah De Los Reyes brings extensive expertise in business management and strategic growth to the Professional Ambassadors program. As an active board member of two organizations, she supports professional development, networking, and consumer awareness initiatives while fostering connections and leading opportunities for travel industry executives to collaborate and grow. She has spearheaded initiatives to enhance brand value, attract new travel advisors, and drive business growth through targeted networking, onboarding, and strategic coaching. Rondah has also analyzed competitor activities and collaborated with marketing to craft effective recruitment strategies, strengthening brand positioning within the travel industry. Her leadership includes overseeing operational processes to optimize team productivity and foster business growth, as well as building strong partnerships and representing her brand at industry events to enhance visibility and expand connections.

Rondah’s academic and career goals focus on advancing her expertise in business management to prepare for leadership roles that drive strategic growth and innovation. By pursuing an MBA, she aims to refine her leadership skills, expand her strategic perspective, and deepen her understanding of complex business dynamics, ultimately striving for a C-suite or key decision-making position within an organization.

Jennifer Griffin

WEOC BA in Applied Psychology ('24), Graduate MS in Counseling Psychology

Jennifer Griffin brings over 13 years of diverse healthcare experience to the Professional Ambassadors program. She began her journey as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, spending two years in concierge, hospice, and home health care. She further honed her expertise with three years in gastroenterology, two years in pediatrics and family medicine, and two years as a nursing supervisor in family medicine. Most recently, Jennifer has served as an Ambulatory Practice Manager, overseeing multiple clinic sites within Community Physicians and Primary Care, where she has excelled in leadership and operational management.

Jennifer is deeply passionate about education and system improvement. Her academic and career goals include completing her graduate program, teaching in higher education, and leaving a lasting, positive impact on the healthcare system.

As a Professional Ambassador, Jennifer strives to motivate and support her peers by offering moral support, organizational skills, and creating a safe space for open communication and growth.

A fun fact about Jennifer (who is originally from the Midwest), doesn’t miss the weather—except for the beauty of fall and the vibrant colors of the leaves!

Wendy Holt

WEOC BS in Business Administration

Wendy Holt is a Business Administration major graduating in Spring 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, entrepreneurship, and the corporate sector. As an entrepreneur and realtor, she has developed strong skills in leadership, public speaking, networking, and mentoring, along with expertise in social media promotion and event planning. Wendy is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and empowering others to grow professionally. As a WEOC Professional Ambassador, she hopes to expand partnerships with outside organizations, support impactful mentorship opportunities, and help create dynamic events that connect students, alumni, and industry leaders. Her vision is to strengthen the program’s visibility while contributing innovative ideas that support long-term success for the WEOC community.

Grace Rocha

WEOC Master's in Psychology

Grace Rocha is a Master’s in Psychology student graduating in Spring 2026 and currently serves as a Surgical Coordinator and Assistant to the Chief of Pediatric Surgery at UCLA. With 20 years of experience managing complex clinical operations, Grace brings exceptional mentorship, communication, and crisis-support skills to her role as a WEOC Professional Ambassador.
As an immigrant and mother, Grace is deeply committed to empowering multi-identity students, helping them confront imposter syndrome, navigate stress, and transform anxiety into confidence. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to providing inclusive outreach and meaningful support. Grace hopes to strengthen connections between MSMU and the broader L.A. healthcare community, offering students both practical guidance and expanded networking opportunities. Through compassion, professionalism, and authentic leadership, she aims to uplift and advocate for the diverse voices within the WEOC community.

Rose Salanic

WEOC BS in Sociology

Rose Zenia Salanic brings a wealth of caregiving experience and a deep passion for supporting others to the Professional Ambassadors program. From 2008 to 2020, she worked as a home caregiver for an elderly person with Alzheimer’s. Since 2021, Rose has dedicated her efforts to caregiving for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a role that resonates personally as a mother of two children with Autism.

Rose is on track to graduate from Mount Saint Mary’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her experiences as a caregiver and parent have inspired her to pursue a career focused on supporting children with Autism, aiming to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

As a Professional Ambassador, Rose hopes to provide moral support and share her networking skills with peers. She is dedicated to offering helpful tips to ease stress during finals, engaging in speaking events, and sharing her experiences to provide encouragement and guidance to students navigating their own journeys.

A fun fact about Rose, she’s a big fan of 1950s music and fashion! She enjoys listening to classics from Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran, Ritchie Valens, Chuck Berry, and more.

Selena Valdivia

WEOC BA in Liberal Arts, Minor in Business

Selena Valdivia brings a decade of professional experience in the legal field to the Professional Ambassadors program. She has spent the past 10 years working in law firms and is a graduate of Santa College's Paralegal School. Selena is also the Assistant Director for Women in eDiscovery's Orange County Chapter and currently serves as a Professional Ambassador for Mount Saint Mary’s WEOC. 

Selena is deeply committed to advancing her education and career. Upon completing her bachelor’s degree, she plans to enroll in an MBA program and transition into the field of finance.

As a Professional Ambassador, Selena aims to provide moral support, guidance, and advice to her peers. She is passionate about engaging in speaking events, fostering networking opportunities, and helping others navigate their academic and professional journeys.
