Below are just a few of the graphics I created during my internship with the Creative Services Department at Marvel Entertainment in NYC, displayed below with permission from the department. The job of this department is to maintain style guides, create graphics, banners, some promotional materials, and badges for various movies and television shows that are still in development. Some of the graphics below contain graphical elements that were not created by me, as there were previous elements, such as character art, that had been already created by other designers in the department, and some graphics were also scanned from comics (as seen in some of The Wolverine graphics below) - however, I was the one to lay out the graphics and add additional stylistic elements to create a final badge, pattern, or border. In the case of The Wolverine, I also took many of the signature sound graphics from the comics, as well as few simpler panels, and redrew them in Illustrator so that they could be enlarged and used as badges or other graphics. These graphics, patterns, borders, etc that could eventually be licensed out by a licensee for use on promotional materials such as backpacks, t-shirts, and more. Some of the graphics below, namely the minimalistic Avengers, were created entirely by me, utilizing previously made character art as a stencil. I also worked on some of the style guides that are created for each television show/movie franchaise to show licensees (or potential licensees) what badges/patterns/borders were available and what colors, typefaces, etc should be used in relation to that specific franchaise. I also worked on sample images and designs that a licensee could create with the graphical elements provided.

The graphics below were created for the following movies and television series: The Wolverine (Movie), Hulk Agents of SMASH (TV), Avengers Assemble (TV). I was also lucky enough to work briefly on some Iron Man 3 (Movie) graphics, as well as promotional material for The Amazing Spider-Man (TV), and some of their more stylized superhero art in general.
